Rafiqul AHSAN is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and sales intelligence within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Head of the Sales Intelligence Monitoring Unit at Synovia Pharma since September 2021, Rafiqul AHSAN leads the organization's compliance program to ensure adherence to company policies. Prior to this, Rafiqul AHSAN spent over 15 years at Sanofi, holding various positions including Senior Manager of Ethics and Business Integrity, where responsibilities included leading compliance programs aligned with internal control manuals, and Assistant Manager of Supply Chain, focusing on risk management and sales activities.
