Mike Huaco is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in global workplace and real estate management. Currently serving as SVP of Global Workplace and Real Estate at Synopsys Inc since January 2023, Mike oversees a vast portfolio exceeding 100 sites across more than 30 countries. Prior to Synopsys, Mike held pivotal roles at Uber as VP Head of Global Workplace and Real Estate, where responsibilities included managing a complex portfolio of over 600 locations and implementing a new hybrid work strategy, and at McKesson as SVP and Global Head of Real Estate, managing a diverse global portfolio comprising 1,000 facilities. Mike's career also includes significant leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente, Trammell Crow Company, Insignia ESG/CB Richard Ellis, Thomas Weisel Partners, Charles Schwab, and DHL. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from Golden Gate University, and completed the Kaiser Permanente Advanced Executive Leadership Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
