Beatriz Silva is an experienced Project Engineering Manager at Synopsys Inc since December 2024, previously serving as a Project Manager at Critical Manufacturing from August 2021 to January 2025, focusing on software project management within the semiconductor industry. From January 2019 to August 2021, Beatriz worked at Bosch Portugal as a Simultaneous Engineer for Testing, overseeing project management in the testing area and coordinating international project test teams. Prior to that, Beatriz conducted research at INESC Technology and Science from August to December 2018, developing quantitative methods for decision support in e-commerce. Beatriz possesses strong competencies in Stata, R programming, Excel, SQL database manipulation, and data analytics. Beatriz holds an Integrated Masters in Electrical and Computers Engineering with a major in Industrial Management from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and completed a training program in Leading and Empowering the Future at Porto Business School in April 2023.
