Antti Ihalainen possesses extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as the Technical Support, Escalations Manager at Synopsys Inc since July 2015. In this role, Antti manages the escalation process globally for the complete suite of products, acting as the primary liaison between customers, support teams, and research and development. Previous roles include Senior Application Engineer at Codenomicon, Customer Support at Saraware, and various positions at Nokia from 1993 to 2002, including GSM BSC Integration Testing Manager and Competence Manager 3G RNC. Antti holds an educational background from Kajaani Institute of Polytechnic, graduating in 1991.
