Werner Oda Holguin is a Senior Technical Lead at Synopsis S.A. with extensive experience in financial technology projects for major banking institutions. Since February 2012, Werner has contributed to the development of online interbank transfer systems and authentication processes for Banco Falabella and Banco de Comercio, utilizing technologies such as Spring Framework and HSM systems. Previous roles include Technical Lead for Scotiabank, where applications for online banking were developed across Android and iOS platforms, as well as work on banking solutions for SmartTVs. Prior experience includes a consultative role at SUNAT, focused on customs management systems, and programming analysis for various municipal tax administration projects. Werner holds an Engineer’s Degree from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, completed in 2007.
