Kaitlin Horan has worked in various roles since 2014. Kaitlin was an Eco-Informatics Summer Institute at Oregon State University from 2014 to 2015. Kaitlin then worked as a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic from 2015 to 2021. In 2021, they took on roles as an MBA Associate at Valo Ventures, a Board Fellow at the Vermont Center for Ecostudies, and an Executive Fellow at OzoneX Ventures. Kaitlin is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at Synop.

Kaitlin Horan has a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Middlebury College.
