Cynthia Chang has over 19 years of experience in technical support and system management. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager at Synology since August 2011, Cynthia leads the System and Surveillance Support Team, previously held the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer focusing on team leadership and project management, and began as a Technical Support Engineer providing ticket and phone support.
