Elena Araujo is a skilled product developer with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently working at Synlait Milk Limited since October 2019, Elena has progressed through roles as Graduate Product Developer, Associate Product Developer, and now Product Developer. Previous experience includes an internship at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and various roles at Mani+, such as Research and Development Coordinator and Coordinator of Production and Quality Assurance. Elena also served as a Consultant at the Instituto de Nutrición de Centro América y Panamá (INCAP) and completed internships at Nestlé and Mani+. Elena holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Packaging Logistics from Lund University and a Master's in Culinary Sciences from Technological University Dublin, alongside training in Food Innovation and Product Design from AgroParisTech.
