William Seow has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. William is currently the Head of Business Development & Partnerships for APAC at Synfindo since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Seedly as the Head of Commercial & Partnerships, where they led the commercial and partnerships team, managed clients across various sectors, and created partnership opportunities. William also has experience at YouGov as a Business Development, Sales Team Lead, where they managed and guided the sales team, pitched solutions to companies in FMCG and BFI sectors, and conducted sales training. William co-founded Share Food where they served as the Sales and Marketing Director. Additionally, they held positions at Fox International Channels (FIC) and ESPN in advertising and partnership sales and digital advertising sales, respectively. William started their career at Fujifilm Business Innovation Singapore as a Major Account-Strategic Local Account manager, managing top enterprise accounts and winning sales awards. William also worked at Mediacorp Pte Ltd as an Assistant Account Manager and founded Wipes It Pte Ltd, where they focused on business development and collaboration with eco-friendly companies.

William Seow attended Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) from 2010 to 2014, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business. Prior to that, they studied at Singapore Polytechnic from 2006 to 2009, completing a Diploma in Property Development & Facilities Management. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in December 2022.
