Shah Faisal is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and programming, currently serving as an Analyst Programmer at Synesis IT since April 2018. In this role, Shah has supervised a team of six in the development and maintenance of a large-scale Contact Center system, utilizing tools such as Asterisk, Spring Boot, and Laravel. Previous positions include Senior Programmer and Programmer at Synesis IT, as well as a Software Engineer at Inevitable IT, where Shah designed web applications and developed a Diagnostic Management System. Shah's career also includes experience at Samsung Research and Development Institute Bangladesh, focusing on mobile software testing and bug management. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc in Computer Science from Dhaka International University and a Diploma in Engineering from Dinajpur Polytechnic Institute.
