Tony Bowen possesses extensive experience in both military and technical fields, currently serving as Fielding Execution Lead/Field Software Engineer/Trainer/Installer at Synertex LLC since August 2011. In this role, Tony acts as a senior advisor for FBCB2/Blue Force Tracker digital communications, ensuring the operational integrity of digital systems. Prior to this position, Tony had a distinguished military career with the US Army from November 1983 to October 2011, culminating as Command Sergeant Major, where responsibilities included advising senior leadership and managing the training and development of unit leadership. Earlier roles included Sergeant Major/Master Gunner, focusing on gunnery program oversight and maintenance. Tony's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Psychology from Central Texas College and a high school diploma from Phillipsburg High.
