David Hamaoui has over three decades of experience in workforce solutions and customer care. Currently serving as a Product Expert, National Implementation Manager, and Branch Manager for Synerion North America Inc. since May 1999, David Hamaoui has successfully managed full-cycle software implementations, hardware installations, and customer support programs. Previously, David Hamaoui was an Implementation Manager and Support Manager for I.T.R., where responsibilities included overseeing customer care and the implementation team. Earlier roles also include Customer Relations Manager at Corporation Planagex Ltd., focusing on client satisfaction in the medical sector, and Computer Centre Operator at Vanier College, assisting students with programming. David Hamaoui holds a degree from McGill University and attended both Vanier College and Northmount High School.
