Mladen Planić has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and management. Mladen currently holds the position of Dev Manager at SynergySuite since January 2023, where they are responsible for overseeing development projects. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Developer at the same company starting from February 2022.

Before joining SynergySuite, Mladen worked at Montenegro Technology Centar as a Software Developer for nearly 8 years, starting in August 2014 and ending in February 2022. Mladen gained valuable experience in software development during this period.
