Ken Zuber has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1994, they worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. After that, they joined Gleisner Law Offices in 1992 as an Associate and Law Clerk. In 1995, they established their own Law Office as a Practitioner, where they marketed and presented seminars on Estate Planning and worked in multiple areas of law until 1998. Ken then moved on to Olson-Nesemann Law Office, S.C., where they served as an Associate Attorney, handling cases related to Family Law, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Real Estate. In 1999, they joined Mudroch, Halaska & Weaver, S.C. as an Associate Attorney. From 2000 to 2015, Zuber worked as a Litigation Specialist II at Gibson & Sharps / Equian-Trover Solutions, negotiating health insurance medical claims and managing a large number of files. In 2015, they started their own consulting and practitioner role at Zuber Law, LLC, focusing on assisting the personal injury plaintiff's Bar with health insurance subrogation/reimbursement claims through presentations, seminars, and CLEs. Lastly, in 2016, they became the Vice President of Business Development at Synergy Settlement Services.
Ken Zuber has a J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. In 1993, they participated in the Cambridge, England Summer Law Program, where they focused on International Law and Legal Studies. Ken also holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they earned between 1987 and 1991.
In addition to their formal education, Ken Zuber has acquired multiple certifications related to their legal career. These certifications include membership in various professional associations such as the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers' Association, American Association for Justice, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Public Justice, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, and The Chicago Bar Association. Ken is also admitted to practice in several courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Ken Zuber is affiliated with the Wisconsin Association for Justice as well.
