Patrick Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Patrick is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at Synergy Med Global Design Solutions LLC, where they lead a team in the development and construction of clean clinical environments. Prior to this, Patrick worked as the Division Manager - Water & Mechanical System at FLUID SOLUTIONS, managing a team of engineers and technicians to provide engineered solutions for fluid systems in over 125 countries. Before that, they worked at BLOX as the Director of Operations Planning and as a Value Stream Manager, where they were responsible for planning operational execution and delivering medical module solutions. Patrick also worked at Sain Engineering Associates Inc. as the Manager of Data Services, leading the development of data collection and analytic services, and as an Energy Engineer, supporting various energy efficiency projects. Patrick has also had experiences at Blue Ventures as a Collaborating Environmental Researcher and at Peace Corps as an Engineering & Education Volunteer. Additionally, Patrick has worked as a Research Assistant at Michigan Technological University and as an Education Specialist at WILL Technology. Patrick started their career as the President/CEO of Ladder 2 Diving Services, a SCUBA diving contractor, and later worked as an Assistant Superintendent/Project Manager at The Richmond Group. Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in project management, engineering, and operations planning.

Patrick Spencer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2001 to 2005. Patrick then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Patrick also obtained several certifications. Patrick received the Niagara AX TCP Certification from Tridium in November 2014 and the Niagara N4 TCP Certification from the same institution in April 2016. Furthermore, they hold the Certified Energy Manager certification from the Association of Energy Engineers, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
