Jon Winton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2001, Jon worked as an Auditor at DaimlerChrysler for a year before transitioning to a Territory Manager role at Karl Storz Endoscopy in 2002. After five years, they joined the Communications Division as a Territory Manager in 2007 and continued in that role until 2021. Currently, Jon serves as the President of Synergy Med Global Design Solutions LLC, where they started in March 2021.

Jon Winton completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from New Hampshire College from the years 1997 to 2001. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Villanova University, studying from 2009 to 2011.
