Rohit Kumar is an experienced marine engineer with a background in both practical and theoretical aspects of marine engineering. Currently serving as a 4th Engineer at Synergy Marine Group since August 2020, Rohit has previously held the position of Junior Engineer and gained valuable experience as a Trainee Marine Engineer at The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. from March 2018 to July 2020. Additionally, Rohit completed an internship at NTPC Limited in July 2016, focusing on power generation through thermal energy. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Marine Engineering from Indian Maritime University in Kolkata, completed in 2018, and has a solid foundation in mathematics from Adarsh Vikas Vidyalaya, where primary education was obtained from 2003 to 2013.
