Ritu Raj Gupta is an experienced marine engineer currently serving as a 3rd Engineer at Synergy Marine Group since August 2022, responsible for managing boilers, auxiliary engines, and various maintenance activities. Prior experience includes the role of 4th Engineer, focusing on purifiers and compressors, and an Assistant System Engineer position at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to a KPMG project. Ritu began the professional journey as a Trainee Marine Engineer at Thome Group, assisting with marine equipment maintenance and watchkeeping. Educationally, Ritu holds a Bachelor of Technology in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Marine Engineering And Research Institute and another Bachelor of Technology in Marine Science from Indian Maritime University, both completed between 2015 and 2019.
