Gitesh Pednekar is a Design Engineer at Synergy Marine Group since April 2023, focusing on concept designs for a diverse fleet of over 600 vessels. Previously, Gitesh worked at Buoyancy Consultants from May 2019 to April 2023, advancing from Jr. Design Engineer to Design Engineer & Co-ordinator - Outfitting, with a specialization in modeling intricate piping systems and coordinating client projects throughout their lifecycle. Gitesh's early experience includes internships at Chowgule and Company Pvt. Ltd., where foundational skills in structure and outfitting departments were developed. Gitesh holds a Diploma in Shipbuilding Engineering from the Institute of Shipbuilding Technology Goa, obtained in 2019.
