Aditya Pansare is a skilled marine engineer with extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Marine Engineer at Synergy Marine Group since December 2021. Prior to this role, Aditya held positions at Simatech Shipping and Forwarding L.L.C as a Third Engineer from November 2016 to December 2021, and at SeaChange Maritime Singapore Pte Ltd as a Fourth Engineer from March 2016 to August 2016. Aditya began the career as a Junior Engineer at The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd from November 2013 to September 2014. Educational qualifications include a Graduate degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from GEIMS, Lonavala (2012-2013), and two Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering from KCB Technical Academy, Umaria (2008-2012).
