Dylan Pelzer currently serves as an Interim Land Agent at Synergy Land and Environmental, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Dylan worked as a Journeyman Welder at Quadra Industrial Group from September 2017 to March 2023. Dylan holds a degree in Surface Land Management, Land Agent from Olds College of Agriculture & Technology, earned between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Dylan has pursued education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
