Narine Karapetyan is an experienced recruiting and human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and office management. Narine currently serves as a Recruiter at Ucom since August 2024 and has been with Synergy International Systems since March 2020, holding roles as a Talent Sourcer and HR Coordinator. Prior experience includes managing social media and office operations at SHEMM Consulting LLC, and coordinating dissemination projects for the Armenian Red Cross Society. Narine's educational background includes master's degrees in International Relations and Political Science from the Armenian National Academy of Sciences and the American University of Armenia, along with a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the European Regional Academy.
