David Kocharov serves as Vice President of European Operations at Synergy International Systems since August 2005, overseeing operations in Europe and managing strategic partnerships across Eurasia and the CIS. Kocharov has held various roles within the company, including Director of Business Development and Director of Monitoring & Evaluation, where responsibilities included designing business strategies and advising international clients on M&E systems. Additionally, Kocharov is an Adjunct Lecturer in Software Project Management at the American University of Armenia and contributes to the ResponDrone project as an Information Technology Expert. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Systems Automation from the State Engineering University of Armenia and a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and Information Science from Russian-Armenian University.
