Selina Lee, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Selina began their career in 2011 as the Executive Director of the Asian Pacific American Community Center. From there, they worked as a Corporate Trainer at Appco Group Asia from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they served as a Recruitment Researcher at Solomann Executive Search before moving on to become an Administrator at Safari Kid from 2014 to 2015. Selina then transitioned to Synergy Fiber, where they held multiple roles including Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Manager, and Executive Vice President from 2015 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Synergy Fiber.

Selina Lee, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Communication from the University of California, Davis, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Selina also participated in the UC Education Abroad Program at Lund University from 2009 to 2010. In 2015, Selina received an Executive Diploma in Jewelry Marketing and Management from the University of Hong Kong Space. Selina also obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the Hong Kong Management Association in the same year. Additionally, Selina Lee earned the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2016.
