Robert St. Germain has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Synergy Credit Union since December 2001. Prior to this role, Robert held the same title at Nelson Lumber from April 1992 to September 2001, where a transition from sales to human resources management took place in a unionized environment. Earlier in Robert's career, a position as Human Resources Manager at Nova Corporation from November 1982 to January 1991 provided additional foundational experience. Robert is academically qualified with a degree in Personnel Administration from the University of Alberta, specializing in Human Resources Management.
