Craig Butler has extensive experience in the electricity and gas retail sector, having worked at Synergy since June 1985, where current roles include Credit Risk & Compliance Manager and Manager of Credit Management Strategy. Craig oversaw collections activities for approximately 1,000,000 customers, focusing on the mass market segment. Prior to Synergy, Craig worked as a Linesman at Western Power, where responsibilities included maintenance and support of the West Australian distribution system. Educational background includes studies at Edith Cowan University from 1991 to 1993, and attendance at Pinjarra Senior High School from 1980 to 1981.
