McKenzie Miller is currently the Associate Recruiter Team Lead at Synergis, where McKenzie works closely with the Recruiting Manager to provide training, mentorship, and support to Associate Recruiters. McKenzie also plays a key role in identifying training needs and facilitating the development of talent pipelines. Prior to their current role, McKenzie worked as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where McKenzie led full-cycle recruitment processes. McKenzie also has experience in sales, having worked as a Sales Representative at Orangetheory Fitness and Sundance Holdings Group. McKenzie holds an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University.
