Steven Herreman has a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, payroll administration, consultancy, and project management. Currently working as an Account Development Manager at Synergie Belgium, Steven is responsible for recruitment for the client Unamic/HCN. Previously, Steven completed an internship at NXP in the HR department, gaining experience in various areas such as recruiting, performance management, and HR administration. Steven holds a Master's degree in Work & Organisational Psychology from KU Leuven and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from EHSAL Management School.
