Zoe Edwards is an accomplished IT executive with extensive international experience in service delivery operations, currently serving as the IT Executive Director for IT Service Management and Support at Syneos Health since March 2019. Previously, Zoe held various leadership roles at Shire from 2008 to 2018, including Director of IT Service Management and Senior Project Manager, overseeing major IT infrastructure projects and managing global IT services for 8000 users.
