Rajani Tenepalli is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in managing QA activities across various organizations. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Syneos Health since December 2020, Rajani oversees the planning, execution, and documentation of QA activities related to client CRM implementations, while also managing QA contractors and contributing to additional Quality Management System support. With over 12 years of experience at UL PURE Learning as a QA Compliance and Validation Lead, Rajani has provided leadership to a team of over 20 SQA professionals and ensured sustainable compliance through comprehensive QA processes. Previous experience includes serving as a Validation Lead at Process Stream. Rajani holds a Master's degree from Osmania University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from CCIT, and a Bachelor's degree in education from Dakshin Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha.
