Michael Bonello serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Syneos Health since July 2023, overseeing global accounting and finance operations for NASDAQ-listed clinical research organizations. Prior to this role, Michael held the same title at Clario from November 2021 to July 2023 and at PRA Health Sciences from May 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations. Michael's experience spans various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President at PRA Health Sciences, Director of Finance at Cree, and Vice President at Genworth Financial. Additionally, Michael worked at PwC as a Senior Manager in Audit Assurance, managing financial statement audits across diverse industries. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
