Kathryn Arnold has an extensive background in clinical research, currently serving as Clinical Lead at Syneos Health since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kathryn held various positions at Syneos Health and its predecessor organization, INC Research/inVentiv Health, including Senior Clinical Research Associate II. Earlier experience includes Senior Clinical Research Associate roles at INC Research and Chiltern, along with a Clinical Research Associate position at PPD. Kathryn began a career in clinical research in 2010 at INC Research after serving as a Project Specialist in project management and as a Laboratory Supervisor and Analyst at CEDRA Corporation. Kathryn holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Liberal Arts Honors and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from The University of Texas at Austin.
