Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Syneos Health, Deborah previously held the position of Group Chief Compliance Officer at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, and has also served as SVP & Chief Compliance Officer at Melinta Therapeutics and Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer at Impax Laboratories. Earlier in career, Deborah was the Chief Compliance Officer at Actavis, Inc. (now Allergan, plc.). Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a Master's degree in Political Science from The George Washington University.
