Heath Burne has a diverse work experience. Heath started their career in 1995 as a Service Technician at Maple Leaf in Palm Desert, USA. In 1996, they became an Operations Manager at Sports & Leisure Management Ltd, where they worked until 2000. In the same year, they joined Synel as the UK Regional Sales Manager and Vice President Sales at Synel Industries UK. Overall, they have over 25 years of experience in sales and management roles.

Heath Burne attended Langley College FE from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an ONC in Building Services Engineering. Prior to that, they studied at Altwood School in Maidenhead from 1979 to 1986, where they also pursued a degree in Building Services Engineering, obtaining an ONC.
