Brian T. is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. At Synectics Solutions since July 2013, Brian has progressed from Software Developer to Software Engineering Team Manager, leading projects and owning the architecture for multiple company products. Prior to this, significant contributions were made at RWE IT UK Ltd as a Support Analyst Programmer, focusing on the development and support of in-house software using Microsoft technologies. Brian's career began as a Database Analyst at npower, where efficiency-improving solutions were designed and developed, and included early experience as a Network Engineer at Michelin. Brian holds a BSc HONS in Computing Science from the University of Staffordshire.
