Peter Baker is an experienced programme manager with a strong background in demand management and public sector transformation. Currently serving as the Demand Management and Fire and Rescue Transformation Programme Manager at Warwickshire County Council since May 2018, and as the Community Capacity Transformation Programme Manager since August 2017, Peter has a proven track record in enhancing customer experiences and developing public sector hubs from previous roles at Cornwall Council and National Grid. Key contributions include the global delivery of Service Management Integration solutions for National Grid and leadership in various roles focused on business architecture and customer service transformation across multiple councils and health organizations.
