Rohit Shinde began their work experience in 2016 as a Performance Test Engineer at Cognizant. ROHIT then joined Capgemini in 2018 as an Associate Consultant before being promoted to Consultant in 2020. In 2022, Rohit transitioned to work at Synechron as a Senior Associate and later became the Quality Assurance Team Lead.

Rohit Shinde completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunications from Smt. Kashibai Navle College of Engineering from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from Walchand College of Engineering from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they have certifications in Enterprise Chaos Engineering from Gremlin, Blazemeter Master Performance Testing and JMeter Intro from BlazeMeter University, and JMeter Pro from BlazeMeter, obtained in different years.
