Balazs Egressy is a Senior Product Development Engineer at Synecco, where responsibilities include leading the development of concepts, conducting feasibility studies, and managing risk assessments in accordance with ISO 14971. Previously, Balazs served as the Mechanical Development Team Lead at Diatron Medical Instruments, overseeing a team of ten designers in the development of haematology and clinical chemistry analyzers. As a Senior Designer at MedRes, Balazs was technically responsible for an FDA-approved Class II electrosurgical device and designed injection-molded parts. Earlier experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at GE Lighting, focusing on capacity-related projects, and as a Steel Structure Designer at MCT Consult AG, contributing to engineering projects in Switzerland and Hungary. Balazs holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering CAD/CAM from Obuda University.
