Adam Reed

Principal Engineer at Syndio

Adam Reed has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Adam is currently working as a Principal Engineer at Syndio, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Reed Studios, LLC as the Principal Architect/Owner from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they focused on architecting and building complex distributed systems for clients in industries such as healthcare, finance, and ecommerce.

Additionally, they worked as a Senior Web Developer, leading implementation for client projects and serving as a technical liaison. Adam initially joined Gorilla Group as a Web Developer, customizing themes for client implementations and building JavaScript plugins.

Adam has also held roles outside of the technology industry. Adam was the General Manager of KRNL 89.7 FM, Cornell College's student radio station, from 2011 to 2012. Adam oversaw operations, managed staff, planned content, and ensured compliance with FCC regulations. Adam also worked as a Student Web Developer at Cornell College from 2008 to 2012, where they created a custom Content Management System for student organizations and managed student data using MySQL and Microsoft Access.

Furthermore, Adam worked as a Technical Communications Intern at Computer Troubleshooters USA in 2010. Adam led a team in developing an internal technical support structure, presented at a company conference, and wrote a project proposal for the company's CEO.

Adam Reed attended Cornell College from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their fields of study included Computer Science and Communications.
