Abdul-Hasim Dawkins is a seasoned professional in energy management and sustainable technology, currently serving as the Home Energy Rebates Project Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy since September 2023. As CEO of Syncwatt since June 2019, Abdul-Hasim has driven the development of sustainable energy technology and various energy service offerings. Previous roles include Regional Director at the American Camp Association, Manager of Community Relations at the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility, and President of the Beacon Brightwood Business Alliance, showcasing a strong background in community engagement and economic development. Abdul-Hasim holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Neurology and Physiology from the University of Maryland.
