Ilkka Peura has a diverse professional background with significant leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board at Syncron Tech Oy since June 2018, Ilkka also owned IPE Oy from March 2007 to June 2024 and directed Y-Kino from February 2012 to December 2023. Previous experience includes positions as Chief Operating Officer at Startup Refugees, Chief of Reception Center at the Finnish Red Cross, and Leadership Coach at Deep Lead Inc. Ilkka's military career includes key roles at the Finnish Air Force Academy, culminating as Chief of Training and Education Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Strategic Studies from Air War College and military pilot training from the Air Force Academy.
