Rachna Jaison possesses extensive experience in collections strategy and portfolio credit, currently serving as VP and Collections Strategy Leader at Synchrony since April 2015, after holding the role of Vice President in Portfolio Credit. Prior to this, Rachna Jaison worked at GE Capital as a Marketing Analytics Manager, and at Wells Fargo Financial as a Risk Manager. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Risk Analyst at GE Money and Database Marketing Analyst at Sullivan Direct, along with a brief role as a Risk Analyst at Provident Bank. Rachna Jaison holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Quantitative Analysis and Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum. Early education was completed at St Thomas Residential School.
