Santiago Morfín has a diverse background in finance and entrepreneurship. Santiago is currently working as a Financial Automation Consultant at Syncfy since October 2022. Prior to this, Santiago served as an Angel Investor & Advisor at ALIS Algae Innovation Solutions from November 2021. Santiago has also worked as an Enabler & Community Engagement for the Mexico City Chapter at FinTech Connector starting in June 2019. Santiago was an Affiliate for Mexico & Latam at UBITQUITY, LLC from July 2022 to October 2022.

In 2020, they worked as a Strategy Advisor at Aptoclick and as an Ambassador Mexico City at Orange Investments®. Santiago's previous experiences include being a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Los Amigos Tulum from January 2019 to March 2022, a Regional Business Development Partner at FIDO from February 2019 to April 2020, and the Head of Partnerships at OpenBanking Fintech & Blockchain Summit from May 2019 to December 2019.

Santiago Morfín's earliest recorded work experience is as a Business Developer at Novahub Center, where they contributed to co-creating the Bridge of Innovation Mexico-Miami-Marseille program, managed relationships between mentors and startups, and organized promotional and networking events. Santiago worked at Novahub Center from May 2017 to December 2018.

Santiago Morfín has a diverse education history. Santiago obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from Universidad Anáhuac, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they also participated in a program called the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry at Lehigh University, focusing on Entrepreneurship, Global Business, Ethics, and Leadership.

In 2012, Santiago attended The University of Texas at Austin for an Ethical Leadership Conference, where they studied Ethics, Leadership, and Business. Santiago further expanded their knowledge in Economics and Political Philosophy by participating in the ILA Program at Universidad de los Andes in 2013.

Santiago deepened their expertise in Design Thinking by obtaining an International Design Thinking Certification from the World Design Organization in 2017. In the same year, they also completed a Diplomado in Private Equity & Venture Capital at Universidad Anáhuac.

In 2021, Santiago continued their education by pursuing an Associate's degree in Finanzas Inmobiliarias from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Additionally, they enrolled in a Master's program in Business and Technology at Collective Academy, specializing in Business Innovation, which they will complete by 2022.

Santiago also holds a certification in "Distributed Generation and the Mexican Energy Reform" from Bright Inc, although the details of the completion date are not available.
