Suzanne Santora has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Suzanne started their career at Microsoft in 1994 and worked there until 2014. After that, they worked at AudienceScience from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Puget Sound Bank and Heritage Bank as the Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Operations at Synaxis Consulting, where they have been working since 2018.

Suzanne Santora holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.
