Michael S. has a diverse work experience ranging from marketing roles in various industries. Michael worked as the Marketing Lead for Synapxe since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Director of Digital & Corporate Marketing at the Health Promotion Board from 2018 to 2020. Michael also held the position of Head of Product Marketing at SAP Concur from 2015 to 2017, and as the Go-To-Market Leader for APAC at Expedia Group from 2012 to 2015. Before that, they were a Marketing Manager at American Airlines from 2010 to 2012.

Michael S. holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) degree in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. In addition, they obtained certifications in Strategic Product Market Fit and Digital User Experience Design from the National University of Singapore in 2020 and 2019 respectively. Michael also holds a certification as a Certified Product Manager from AIPMM, obtained in 2013.
