Michael McLaughlin, MD has a diverse work experience in the field of medicine. Michael currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Synaptec Health, a position they have held since September 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Fedko Emergency Physicians LLC, starting in July 2018. Before joining Fedko, they served as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Rutgers University - Newark from 2014 to 2018.

Michael McLaughlin, MD, completed their education at various institutions. Michael attended the University of Arizona from 2004 to 2007 for their undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Management at the Eller College of Management. Michael then pursued further studies in the medical field at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Additionally, from 2009 to 2011, they also earned a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the same university.
