Catalina Jiménez Moreno has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Catalina started their career at Compañía Nacional de Chocolates S.A.S as an Intern in the International Area, where they provided support to executives and conducted research for the Korean market. Catalina then moved on to work at Universidad EAFIT as part of the MercaLAB team, where they conducted market research using neuromarketing tools and collaborated with students and companies. Catalina also worked as a Project Manager at Intercrédito de Colombia, managing projects for the company. Catalina then joined ESIC Business & Marketing School as an intern in the "Departamento de Operaciones, desarrollo profesional y alumni". Following this, they worked at MindMetriks - Expertos en Neuromarketing & Neurotecnología as an Operations Manager LATAM, responsible for executing market research projects in Latin America using neuromarketing techniques. Currently, Catalina is working at Synapbox, where they started as a Senior Insights Analyst, creating reports and presentations with actionable insights. Catalina has now progressed to the role of Lead RAM & Research Analyst, overseeing research projects, coordinating the insights team, and supporting the sales team in project development and client presentations. Throughout their career, Catalina has demonstrated expertise in market research, project management, neuromarketing, and providing valuable insights to companies.

Catalina Jiménez Moreno has a strong educational background in the field of marketing and international business. Catalina completed their Master's degree in Marketing and Commercial Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2018. Prior to that, Catalina obtained a specialization in Marketing from Universidad EAFIT in 2017. Catalina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the same university, which they completed from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, Catalina briefly studied International Business at Nova School of Business and Economics in 2014.
