Saravanan Sekar has over 17 years of experience in the media industry, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Customer Support at Synamedia since November 2021, leading a global team focused on innovative cloud solutions for video compression, CDN, and OTT platforms. Prior to this role, Saravanan worked at MediaKind Global as a Technical Tech Lead, overseeing a team of eight in global operations for Tier 1 support. Saravanan's career began at Tata Communications, where responsibilities included service delivery and assurance for video connect customers, alongside technical roles involving the configuration and maintenance of MPEG encoders and multiplexers. Saravanan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mookambigai College of Engineering, completed in 2007.
