Gershon Nachshon has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to program management, project management, and system engineering. Gershon is currently working as the Principal Project Manager at Synamedia since March 2019. Before joining Synamedia, they served as the Head of Program Management & System Engineering at L&T Technology Services Limited, Israel from October 2018 until March 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Program Management at L&T Technology Services Limited from July 2017 to March 2019.

Gershon has also worked for Cisco as a Program Manager from August 2013 to June 2017, where they played a crucial role in promoting technologies to new customers. Gershon started their career at NDS Ltd in 1995 as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for business development, customer relationship management, project requirements definition, software development, integration, testing, and delivery to customers.

Before joining NDS Ltd, Gershon worked as a Network & System Manager at Israel Broadcasting from 1988 to 1995. Gershon began their career as an Applications Developer at Logica plc in 1986.

Gershon Nachshon completed their Master's Degree (MSc) in Management Sciences & Operations Research from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1982 to 1986. Prior to that, they attended City of London School for Boys from 1972 to 1980, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Mathematics, Economics, and Chemistry. In 2011, Gershon Nachshon obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
