Robert Enslein Jr. is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at SYN Ventures since April 2021, Enslein also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Reconstructing Hope, a nonprofit organization providing surgical services to survivors of domestic abuse. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at DECA Asset Management, LLC, and significant positions at Cyberforce Security, Lake Avenue Capital Management, MacKay Shields LLC, Noble House Wines, Loeb Capital Management, and Jefferies & Company. Enslein's academic foundation includes a BA in Economics and Political Science from Emory University and early education at Brunswick School and Northfield Mount Hermon.
